We offer a range of delivery options to different countries for you to choose from. Delivery charges vary depending on:
the delivery address of your goods (your region)
the delivery service you choose
the total weight of your order
any promotions we may be running at the time of your order
Your total charge for delivery, along with all the different delivery options we are able to offer for any particular order, will
always be clearly displayed at the checkout.
Returns - Faulty Goods or Damage in Transit
In the unfortunate case of products being faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a
full refund. Goods can be returned by post.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return a non-perishable item, we
aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of
your original invoice. On receipt we will issue an exchange or refund. Unfortunately in these circumstances you will be responsible
for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Please contact us. Your statutory rights are not affected
We aim to despatch all in-stock goods within 48 hours but at extremely busy times this may take a little longer. You will be
notified by e-mail when your order has been despatched or of any delays. In exceptional circumstances please allow 28 days for
delivery. Any In-Stock orders that are received by us before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Any In-Stock orders received during the weekend will be dispatched the first working day of the week. Delivery times may vary
depending on where the goods are being sent.
