Sunoco CMR is a high-quality unleaded race fuel designed to maximise power within the 100 octane MSA fuel regulation.
Sunoco CMR is oxygenated to enhance cleanliness of combustion chambers, improve power and for faster throttle response compared to unleaded forecourt fuels. CMR is designed to resist detonation in engines with compression ratios of up to 11.5:1 in engines with cast iron heads. However, compression ratios can be higher in engines which have aluminium heads due to better heat dissipation of aluminium.
